⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Janelle enough! She helped us create my engagement ring, wedding setting, and my husband’s wedding band, and worked with us for nearly a year to make sure everything was exactly what we envisioned. Not only was she patient, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with throughout the process, but she continues to check in, clean my ring, and make sure everything is still looking perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart. We’re so grateful for all of her help and absolutely love our rings. I went to Steffans after my beloved wedding ring became damaged and worn. I worked with Janelle who spent so much time with me! Once she explained it would be more cost effective to rebuild my ring, we looked at so many options to change the look entirely, however I did decide to go with my original ring design and add a beautiful jacket. Janelle listened to everything I said and brought my vision to life!

She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything in the store and she combines it with this energetic passion that is unmatched! I love working with Jessica at Steffan’s! While we were looking for engagement rings, I went to a few other places to get an idea of what I wanted. No other store we went to had nearly as good of a selection of engagement rings (settings and diamonds) as Steffan’s! A few of our friends had told us about Steffan‘s and it was by far the best jeweler experience we had. Not only did they have great options, but the service was impeccable! Jess walked us through everything we needed to know about diamonds, gold, rings, care, give us great recommendations for insurance, was able to work within our budget and was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process! A few weeks after the engagement, I went in to get the ring resized and I worked with Janelle as Jess was helping another customer. Janelle gave me a couple great options - both of which were free - and they were able to do the resizing the same day. Overall, could not recommend Steffan’s enough!

My husbands family has been going to Steffans for years, so when it came time for him to propose, he knew just where to go. He worked with Janelle, to build the perfect engagement ring, using a diamond from his mother’s own engagement ring. From that day forward, we have worked with Janelle on every single jewelry need. Her attention to detail, dedication and desire to make sure everything is exactly as we want it to be, all in addition to her friendliness and amazing personality, has kept us coming back time and time again. Whether it’s for new pieces of jewelry for ourselves, routine cleanings, inspections, repairs, appraisals on jewelry inherited from passed family members, assistance on what items to get appraised vs not appraise, jewelry that our family members have stopped in to purchase, custom jewelry that she has worked meticulously on to ensure reaches her standards, which are above and beyond our own standards and so much more. Steffans quality of work is phenomenal and though I’ve spoken only about Janelle, every single employee there is knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. We genuinely recommend Steffans to all of our family members and friends often and we will continue to do so!

I have to say I would go no where else but to Steffan's for all my jewelry needs! Everyone is beyond wonderful, but I only love to work with Janelle! She is so honest and personable! At this point she knows me so well that she can give me honest good advice and knows my taste. She lets me know when there's new items in under a specific designer I love, she's very open with her communication when my jewelry is ready or needs any kind of cleaning or care. And she's just got the most wonderful personality that makes you feel like you're not just anybody but you're also a friend. Whenever I go in there with anything I need done I feel like I can sit and talk with her for hours. I have to remember she's at work so I can't take all her time lol. Her and I have designed a few pieces together and I love what she brings to the table and what she really feels will look best and what will be long lasting. I trust her when it comes to anything with my jewelry, I know she will always let me know what will be best. Like I said you can go in here and you can deal with anybody and they all are so wonderful and make you feel very welcome, but Janelle and I have work together on so many different things that I built a very strong bond with her and when I come in, I preferably like to work with her. I highly recommend this business for anything you need in regards to your jewelry. I stopped taking my jewelry that I purchased from Kay and I only bring it to Steffan's.
